How do I use your support system?



Thanks very much for taking the time to contact our support services, to open a support ticket click on the “submit a ticket” link on and fill out the relevant boxes.

Once you have successfully submitted a ticket you will get an email to advise you that your ticket has been received and that one of our staff will respond as quickly as possible usually within 24 hours.

Once our staffs has replied to your ticket you will get an email with our response and a link that you click to send us a reply, then when we reply again you will be notified and so on.

Once you are satisfied that your query has been dealt with you can close the ticket but don’t worry if we have not received a reply back from you the ticket will close automatically for you.

Once again thank you for taking the time to contact our support, we always strive for perfection and we hope we have exceeded your expectations.
